NEWS / Keine SLI Unterstützung seitens VIA

29.12.2004 17:00 Uhr

"SLI-support still depends on Nvidia and their video drivers. However there might be an alternative solution, which we are working on together with mainboard vendors. Can´t disclose more at the moment... However we still feel that multi-display applications (3 or 4 monitors) are a very interesting topic for many users both on K8 and P4 platforms. We will be launching this kind of solution for P4 at the end of January. To give you a small preview, there will be 2 of them: PT880Pro will feature simulatainous support for AGP and PCI-Express graphics and PT894Pro will feature 2 PCI-Express graphics support."
